Based on its own mushroom cultivation techniques, NR Biotech is producing white shiitake in the abysmal ravines of Sanbangsan Mountain located in Dundeok-myeon, Geoje-si. White shiitake is fermented with tomatoes and garlics for three months. This fermented drink is very popular for Chinese people. It contains nucleic acid and calmodulin of white shiitake and beta-carotene and vitamin C of tomato. It is a healthy alkali food with a high allicin content of garlic.
