The especially made pressure cooker allows for minimal nutrition loss, and the fermentation and aging process in a hwangto room with consistant temperature and humidity makes the soybean paste, soy sauce, fermented soybean paste, and pepper paste taste delicious.
The grain syrup, cooked in a cauldron over four days and cooled, is small in size, but this traditional method gives it a deeper taste.
